Pipeline Aligns Itself with K Hotels

Pipeline Social Media Solutions and Kaptivating Hospitality have combined
resources to create the first of its kind, social loyalty platform for hotels. The new platform provides hotel owners the opportunity to tap into the power of social media like never before.
“This newly released technology benefits hotel owners by adding new social media driven channels of distribution with a potential customer base in the hundreds of millions,” said Michael Palmer, Managing Director of Kaptivating Hospitality.“This new loyalty option will encourage
people to share their vacation plans across their existing social media networks, thus creating a massive sales force for those hotels using the technology.”
Collectively, the two firms have created a way to empower hotels to gain new sources of revenue. “By leveraging common interests between travelers and instructing hotel owners on how to ‘fish where the fish are,’ we are implementing a first-to-market platform that builds in new opportunities for revenue, while strengthening customer loyalty across select social media channels,” says Trey Sheneman, Executive Director of Client Relations at Pipeline.

The new loyalty platform was first introduced to K Hotels, a sales representation company for destination resorts and boutique hotels.
